Short-Term Rehabilitation
Getting You Back to Life Again
Short-term rehabilitation programs are available at your choice of one of Concordia at SpiriTrust’s four skilled nursing facilities. It is an alternative for individuals well enough to leave an acute care hospital, but not yet return home. Our program focuses on helping individuals improve their quality of life, restore functioning and enhance independence.
Each individual who receives rehabilitative services is assured of a customized plan designed to maximize their own abilities.

We encourage holistic healing through recreational therapy, group activities and traditional rehabilitation techniques that can be very beneficial in the recovery of arthritis, bone fractures, cancer, head injury, and hip and knee replacements among other illnesses, injuries and surgeries.
